The 2017 Edition is only available as digital download! You will receive a PDF/X-3 print ready file which you can download after checkout.
With that you can go to you favorite print store. For print out I recommend the heaviest paper you can get.

A print size of A0 is recommended!

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship all packages with DHL. Germany, European Countries and Worldwide.
Every calendar will be wrapped in silk paper. To avoid damages on the poster edges we add on each side
of the inner tube a rubber foam pad. Additionaly the tubes will be packed in a paper box so that the calendar will arrive safe and in perfect condition at your house.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?

Normally you can calculate 1-3 Days Germany, European Countries approx. 5-7 days and to the USA / Canada aprox. 14 days.
Every other Worldwide Country can take up to 30 days. You can check for each country on DHL.com

Do I need an account to place an order?

If you order a calendar poster you do not need an account!
If you order a digital version (printable pdf) for latitude south of the equator you do need an account for downloading your file after payment confirmation.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order

If you would like to cancel or change your order please contact us immediatly under the following email:
info@circular-calendar.com. Please refer to §2 of Terms & Conditions

For digital downloads such as the printable pdf version of the calendar:
Cancelation is only possible if you haven´t payed yet and had no access to the file-download!

Do you store payment data f.e. paypal, sofort.com or skrill?

No! The whole payment process will be proceed outside of our store directly on the payment provider website!

How Do I Track My Order?

Once the order is completed you will receive an email with a Track&Trace Number of DHL. The Link on that number should bring you directly to DHL where you can check the current status of the shipment.

If for any reason you did not get a tracking number or it does not show up a result. Please contact us and we will help you and find out what went wrong.

My Tracking Number gives me the Status that there is no shipping with this Number

Please wait some hours. The system needs some time until you can track your shipping. If there is no status after 24 hours you can contact us and we will take a look what happened.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Currently we only accept Paypal and sofort.com. Sofort.com works only in Germany and some other European Countries.
Bank Transfer is only available in Germany. We will be adding skrill soon.
